1 General Terms

2 Account Registration & Usage

To register an account with 0klv, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be terminated at any time, and any balance held may be forfeited.

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all will be closed and any bonuses forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, address, and phone number when registering.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact support immediately.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.

3 Age Verification

0klv is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are completely prohibited from registering or using an account. We may request a national ID or passport to verify age at any time.

• Your age must be verified at the time of registration.
• A copy of your NID or passport may be required for verification.
• Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

0klv's bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• To withdraw from a bonus balance, the required wagering conditions must be met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

• Any bonus credited as a result of a technical error will be reclaimed.

5 Payments & Withdrawals

0klv supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally instant, while withdrawals may take 24 to 72 hours to process.

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be accepted.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are fixed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification.
